Theologian. One who reflects on and teaches about God through the lens of story and lived experience.

Spiritual Director. One who listens—and helps others listen—for God’s presence in their everyday lives.

My work lives at the intersection of story and Spirit — where God’s love story meets our human story. Whether through Sister Soul Care, a SoulWork gathering, or my writing, I create spaces where words heal, hearts rest, and souls can flourish.

I write. I pray. I listen. I guide.

I help women slow down, hear God’s voice, and live as bold, balanced, and beloved daughters of God.

In all I do, my goal is the same: to offer sacred pauses for rest, reflection, and honest connection with Christ Jesus.

I hold a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership, a Master of Divinity, an MFA in Creative Writing, and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction. I was ordained and serve as Spiritual Director at Convergence in Alexandria, VA, where Rev. Lisa Smith serves as senior pastor. But more than any credential, what shapes my work most is a deep love for Jesus and a commitment to the healing and flourishing of human souls—especially women who are ready to live free in Christ.
