About Patrice
Writer. One who writes to heal her life and help others do the same.
Theologian. One who reflects on and teaches about God through the lens of story and lived experience.
Contemplative. One who listens for God’s presence in the ordinary and invites others to do the same.
My work lives at the intersection of story and Spirit—where God’s love story meets our human story.
Whether through my writing, the SoulWork Sanctuary podcast, or a quiet gathering, I create spaces where words heal, hearts rest, and souls can flourish.
I write. I pray. I listen. I create.
In all I do, I seek to know, love, and follow Christ.
I hold a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership, a Master of Divinity, an MFA in Creative Writing, and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction. I was ordained and serve as Associate Minister of Spiritual Formation and Creative Practice at Convergence in Alexandria, VA.
But more than any credential, what shapes my work most is a deep love for Jesus and a commitment to the healing and flourishing of human souls—especially women who are ready to live as bold, balanced, and beloved daughters of God.
Let’s walk this journey together.
