Spiritual Direction

There are moments when God seems to be doing something in you — a stirring, a longing, a quiet invitation — but it's difficult to name. Spiritual direction creates space for that noticing.

As your spiritual director, I serve as a holy listener. Together, we pay attention to where God is already at work in your life, discern the invitations God may be extending, and gently explore whatever may be keeping you from moving deeper in your relationship with Him.

"Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening." (1 Samuel 3:10)

The ultimate goal of spiritual direction is to know, love, and follow Christ in everyday life.

For the woman ready for sustained, in-depth formation. Offered as an extended companion journey for direction clients who desire this particular depth.

A practiced way of listening for God's voice in decisions, desires, and the movements of your own heart — available as part of ongoing direction or as its own focused season of sessions.

Group Retreats
I lead guided retreats for women seeking shared, sacred space to slow down and listen for God together.

Spiritual Direction for Retreats and Gatherings
I also serve as a spiritual director within retreats and gatherings led by other ministries or organizations — offering one-on-one or small-group accompaniment as part of your event.
